Make a one-of-one scent, and get the option of purchasing your unique fragrance again in the future on their website. You can go solo, with friends, and it's family-friendly too! They have translators dedicated to different groups - English, French, German, Spanish are the languages I remember, but there's likely more. Fairly easy to get to from Nice via train, and then a taxi to the location.
