A day-to-night plan for Porto. Take in the city from the gardens of Palácio de Cristal, walk across the Luís I Bridge to Vila Nova de Gaia, then catch sunset at Passeio das Virtudes. Finish with a cheap beer and a bifana at Espaço 77, or watch the match at Adega Sports Bar, where pub crawls often pass through. Easy to do solo, and every stop was stamped by someone who's been.

Luís I Bridge
A beautiful bridge between Porto & Vila Nove de Gaia. Fantastic views. Not sure if it's allowed, but tourists/locals jump into the Douro River via the bridge occasionally.

Passeio das Virtudes
Amazing scenic point view. Definitely the place to be during sunset. Can get a bit busy, but not too crowded - you'll find a spot. There's bars and restaurants situated locally as well

My favourite bar in Porto. Get a cheap beer and a bifana; and you're good. Pub crawls often pass through this spot too!
