Gohyang Kalguksu (Cho Yong-soon's dumpling stall)
First stamped by @Frankie with a cam in Oct 2026 as Must goGwangjang Market stall run by Cho Yong-soon, the 'dumpling lady' from Netflix's Street Food: Asia. Her handmade mandu are filled with minced pork, tofu, chives and glass noodles. Widowed young, she built the stall to raise her children, and people now queue from all over the world.
